The Manager, Industrial Solutions Sales drives sales in the Industrial Solutions sector by developing new relationships, collaborating with rep-firms, and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. The role involves engaging with reseller, contractor, and end-user accounts, understanding customer needs, and participating in industry events to showcase the BMS portfolio.

What You’ll Do

Strategic Sales Management & Development

  • Identify and develop new contractor and end-user relationships in the Western U.S.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and business plans.
  • Collaborate with rep-firms to find high-value opportunities and align with strategic goals.
  • Manage the full sales cycle proactively.
  • Monitor industry trends, competition, and movements to stay ahead.
  • Coordinate efforts with leadership and stakeholders across regions.
  • Use CRM tools to track opportunities and report on progress and forecasts.

Customer Engagement

  • Maintain onsite presence at customer accounts.
  • Build and nurture long-term customer relationships.
  • Visit customers regularly to understand needs and offer solutions.
  • Participate in industry events showcasing the BMS Portfolio.

About Our Ideal Candidate

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.

Experience

  • At least 7 years of relevant experience, including:
  • Technology sales with quota responsibility.
  • Selling IT solutions to channel partners.
  • Minimum 2 years selling to the Industrial Solutions sector (cabling, wiring, manufacturing, MRO, signage, Auto-ID).

Software/Technical Skills

  • Knowledge of CRM systems (preferably SAP C4C) is a plus.

Additional Details

  • This role is remote.
  • Salary range: $90,000-$110,000/year, based on experience and other factors.
  • Eligible for variable pay incentives based on performance.
