Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
• Marketing, communications, or agency experience.
• Strong writing, communication, organization, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM and project management platforms preferred.
• Canva and Adobe Creative Suite experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support integrated marketing campaigns across digital ads, email, direct mail, social media, and sponsorships.
• Develop and coordinate marketing content: emails, newsletters, collateral, presentations, case studies, and social media.
• Manage campaign timelines, vendor coordination, approvals, and deliverables.
• Maintain website and intranet content with up-to-date program information.
• Track digital leads, assist CRM activities, and support reporting and analytics.
• Coordinate meetings, presentations, and marketing events, including stakeholder communications.
• Analyze feedback and performance data to identify trends and program improvements.
