Job summary

Lenmar Consulting Inc. is seeking a Marketing & Content Coordinator in Washington, DC, for a 3‑month hybrid role. You will lead content campaigns, craft polished materials, and support lead-generation initiatives across email, web, and social channels.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience, strong Canva skills, and experience with WordPress and CRM platforms. A portfolio of marketing, design, or content work is preferred. This position is paid at $35/hr on W2 with no benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Three to five years of experience in marketing, communications, content marketing, or creative production.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills.
• Demonstrated experience creating polished marketing materials, presentations, proposals, and digital assets with a strong eye for layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience producing content across multiple channels, including email marketing, social media, websites, presentations, and print collateral.

Responsibilities

• Execute marketing campaigns across email, paid media, content marketing, and social channels.
• Develop branded emails and templates; support marketing automation.
• Coordinate projects with cross-functional teams and tight deadlines.
• Create polished materials: presentations, proposals, and digital assets.
• Maintain content across WordPress and CRM systems to drive lead generation.
