Job summary

Perkins&Will is seeking a Marketing Coordinator in a hybrid setting to support the marketing team. You will assist with the creation of marketing materials, coordinate communications, manage events, and maintain marketing databases.

The role requires strong administrative skills, a good grasp of marketing principles, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams. A Bachelor’s degree (related field) is preferred, with SMPS being a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• SMPS certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the overall success of the office by adhering to firm and project goals.
• Assist the marketing manager/director and support the marketing team with marketing activities.
• Assist with the production of marketing materials and literature.
• Coordinate the production of a wide range of marketing communications.
• Provide support for marketing events as required.
• Assist with the collation of information for promotional literature.
• Upload marketing material to online libraries, internet groups and social media sites.
• Update and maintain the marketing department's documentation and databases.
• Manage events, books venues and orders marketing materials.
