RPM Living is seeking a Marketing Associate to support multi-channel campaigns and project management across Property Transitions, ORM, Social Media, CRM, and Digital Marketing. You will collaborate with internal teams and RPM Operations to implement objectives, monitor KPIs, and drive leasing and NOI goals while maintaining high-touch marketing strategies and timely execution.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in Property Management, with sales experience.
• Microsoft Office Suite, Property Management systems, ILS, Lead Tracking and CRM platforms, Project Management, Adobe.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-touch marketing program support and project management.
• Support ORM, social media, CRM, digital marketing, and graphic design.
• Track KPIs and leasing goals through marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize campaigns and traffic.
