Job summary

Qualifications

• MSc or BSc in a technical field with Marine Operations experience.
• Ability to build and lead diverse multinational operations teams.
• Experience in the Marine industry and knowledge in electrical and automation engineering preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills.
• Candidates must have US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational scope of local units across projects, manufacturing, maintenance, procurement, quality, and logistics.
• Develop business action plans aligned to strategy and targets; monitor adherence to health, safety standards.
• Prepare annual budget, track progress and address cost issues within the unit.
• Lead programs to optimize performance and working capital in Operations.
