Job summary

Siemens Healthineers in Newark, Delaware (Hybrid) seeks a seasoned Manufacturing Project Manager to lead complex projects from conception to completion, balancing cost, schedule and technical requirements.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets, engage vendors, and ensure milestones are met while maintaining documentation and standards across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proven manufacturing project management experience.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing project management.
• Demonstrated success managing projects involving multiple stakeholders, timelines, budgets, and technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Leads the project within defined requirements (e.g., cost, time, functionality).
• Ensures timely decisions on open issues, escalating when necessary.
• Ensures the right staffing and allocation of resources throughout the various phases of manufacturing projects.
• Contributes to and reviews the project proposal or plan to determine timeframe, funding limitations, and procedures for accomplishing the project.
• Designs and develops technical specifications, timelines, milestones, and budgets required for the project.
• Coordinates resources and monitors, tracks, and regularly reports project progress and milestones to all stakeholders.
• Negotiates and contributes to negotiations with suppliers and vendors.
• Responsible for meeting all project milestones and technical objectives.
• Monitors budget adherence and takes action to minimize non-conformance costs.
• Reviews project results, designs test procedures, and monitors test results.
• Ensures proper documentation of project results, as well as all products and technologies delivered.
• Adheres to defined project management standards and manages and coordinates all temporarily assigned project staff.
