Job summary

Rheem Manufacturing Company seeks a Project Manager III to oversee the full project life cycle for New Product Introductions across North America. You’ll plan, scope, design, execute and deliver projects while coordinating resources, staffing and progress reporting.

Hybrid work in locations including Atlanta, GA, with in-office Mon-Thu and remote Fridays. You’ll use Stage Gate processes, manage milestones and budgets, and collaborate with global teams to ensure on-time delivery and alignment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years of PM experience in manufacturing.
• Experience defining scope, planning, and delivering projects; strong scheduling skills.
• Proficiency with project management software and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and ability to coordinate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project life cycle from planning through delivery.
• Manage resources, staffing, and progress reporting for NPI projects.
• Apply Stage Gate processes and track milestones and budget.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Escalate issues and manage risk to project success.
