Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) is seeking a Manufacturing Program Manager (MPM) to lead internal projects across CM or ODM designs and drive end-to-end lifecycle management. You will coordinate with Supply Chain Operations to ensure quality, cost, and delivery targets while guiding a cross-functional team across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• In-depth understanding of NPI process, phase gates and Product Lifecycle Management.
• Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk and change management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of conveying complex concepts to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Manages internal projects from scope to delivery, across CM or ODM designs.
• Develops and rolls out supply chain processes related to NPI and PLM documentation.
• Leads cross-functional SCO teams to ensure on-time, cost-effective delivery with quality.
