Job summary
Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Manufacturing Product Engineering Manager to lead a team of product engineers and manufacturing professionals responsible for introducing, manufacturing, and sustaining products across their lifecycle.
The role serves as the primary interface between R&D, NPI, supply chain, manufacturing, quality, test engineering and external manufacturing partners to ensure successful launches, cost competitiveness, and continuous improvement, with a hybrid work model
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field related to manufacturing or engineering.
- Advanced degree is a plus and demonstrates deeper specialization.
- 4-6 years of experience in manufacturing, product engineering, or related fields.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 8-15 product engineering and manufacturing professionals.
- Own product engineering activities across multiple product lines and metrics.
- Collaborate with R&D, NPI, supply chain, and partners to launch products.
- Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues.
- Lead cost reduction, yield improvements, and process optimization initiatives.
- Represent engineering and operations in cross-functional reviews and planning.
