Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics or Computer Engineering.
• 8+ years in engineering, project or program management.
• Track record delivering hardware development from concept to manufacturing.
• Experience managing cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders.
• PM tools proficiency: MS Project, JIRA, SmartSheets.

Responsibilities

• Lead programs involving multiple functions and project teams throughout hardware development.
• Develop and manage project schedules using MS Project, JIRA, SmartSheets, and critical path analysis.
• Manage budgets, hardware prototype builds, risks, and delivery plans.
• Direct project teams and partners, adjust schedules, and allocate resources.
• Analyze data to ensure roadmaps, budgets, and deliveries meet requirements.
• Communicate status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
• Collaborate to improve products, processes, and business practices.
