Sigil Partners is seeking a Senior Manager or Director of Manufacturing Engineering to lead manufacturing execution for a complex, next-generation capital equipment platform transitioning from development toward production.

This highly visible leadership role spans engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and product development, requiring a technically credible leader who can drive accountability and build alignment across functions.

Formación

• Proven leadership experience in manufacturing engineering or closely related technical org.
• Strong engineering foundation with credibility to work with design and product-development engineers.
• Experience manufacturing complex equipment or highly engineered products.
• Record of leading teams through product introduction, manufacturing readiness, or production ramp.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a multidisciplinary team supporting manufacturing engineering, quality, technical execution, and program activities.
• Partner with mechanical, electrical, systems, supply chain, and other engineering functions during product development and manufacturing readiness.
• Drive transition of complex equipment from development builds to repeatable production.
• Establish accountability and operating discipline across cross-functional teams while maintaining collaboration.
• Lead manufacturing readiness, system integration, test, quality, and production ramp activities.
• Identify and resolve manufacturing constraints involving design, process, materials, quality, test, and supplier performance.
• Drive continuous improvement in yield, cycle time, rework, labor efficiency, quality, and delivery.
• Support concurrent engineering and DFM/DFX initiatives across complex systems.
