Job summary

Boeing is seeking Experienced Manufacturing Engineers to join the Boeing Defense, Space & Security team, with work across multiple ME sites including Mesa, AZ. The role focuses on production methods, tooling, and continuous improvement.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in manufacturing, strong ME process knowledge, and project management skills. This is a hybrid position with travel up to 10% and collaboration across engineering teams and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field required.
• 5+ years in a manufacturing/production environment.
• Knowledge of ME processes and MES planning systems.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements production and tooling methodologies.
• Leads and implements manufacturing plans to meet requirements.
• Conducts producibility analyses to ensure process capability.
• Resolves technical problems impacting performance, cost or schedule.
• Leverages lean principles to improve processes.
• Collaborates with multiple engineering disciplines, suppliers and customers.
