Job summary

You will own 10-K/10-Q filings, MD&A disclosures, and complex accounting positions, such as leases and share-based compensation, while driving accuracy and audit readiness in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experience.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP, SEC regulations, and internal controls.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial reporting software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with non-finance stakeholders.
• Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead timely preparation, review, and filing of external reports (10-K/10-Q) with SEC compliance.
• Draft financial statement disclosures, footnotes, and MD&A with supporting docs.
• Research and document technical accounting positions for complex transactions.
• Monitor FASB/SEC developments; write memos and implement changes.
• Coordinate with external/internal audit to streamline quarterly reviews and annual audit.
• Oversee data collection pipelines to ensure accuracy and audit readiness.
• Foster a collaborative, high-standards accounting team environment.
