Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting.
• Experience with financial statement disclosures and MD&A.

Responsibilities

• Lead external financial reporting including Form 10-K and 10-Q filings.
• Draft disclosures, footnotes, and MD&A with supporting documentation.
• Research and document technical accounting positions for complex transactions.
• Collaborate with internal and external audit teams to ensure compliance.
