Job summary

PANTHERx Rare Pharmacy in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Manager, Program and Systems Design to lead internal program design, ensure system readiness, and drive cross‑functional launch alignment for specialty pharmacy programs.

The role reports to the Senior Manager, Implementation, guiding Program Design Managers and partnering with Implementation, Operations, and data teams to ensure scalable, executable launch plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; PharmD preferred.
• 4+ years in specialty pharmacy, clinical operations, or biotech/pharma.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and launch readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead Program Design team and align with launch priorities.
• Develop BRDs, workflow documentation, and operational requirements.
• Coordinate workflow design and translate requirements into system needs.
• Partner with Implementation Managers for launch readiness and timing.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to validate requirements and reduce rework.
• Manage BRD readouts, mock launches, and readiness checkpoints.
• Track risks and dependencies to avoid delays at launch.
• Improve templates, tools, and scalable launch processes.
• Ensure documentation is organized and accessible for teams.
