PANTHERx Rare Pharmacy in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Manager, Program and Systems Design to lead internal program design, ensure system readiness, and drive cross‑functional launch alignment for specialty pharmacy programs.
The role reports to the Senior Manager, Implementation, guiding Program Design Managers and partnering with Implementation, Operations, and data teams to ensure scalable, executable launch plans.

The Manager, Program and System Design is responsible for leading internal program design, system design readiness, business rule development, workflow documentation, and cross-functional launch alignment for new and existing specialty pharmacy programs. This role would report to the Senior Manager, Implementation. This role provides leadership to Program Design Managers and partners closely with Implementation Managers and internal stakeholders to ensure launch requirements are clearly defined, operationally sound, scalable, and ready for execution.
This job functions in a professional home or office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and fax machines.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, see, talk, or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Visual acuity is necessary for tasks such as reading or working with various forms of data for extended periods.
