Job summary

MilliporeSigma in St. Louis, MO, seeks a Manager, Controlling to lead the plant-controlling organization for five sites. You will drive profitability, cost transparency, and operational excellence while building a high-performing team.

This hybrid role combines leadership with hands-on finance, budgeting, forecasting, and robust analysis. You will partner with Plant Managers and functions to shape strategic cost initiatives and ensure strong internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 10+ years in finance/controlling with manufacturing experience.
• CPA/CMA/MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Plant Controllers across five sites.
• Own cluster P&L, balance sheet, and cash KPIs.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance reviews.
• Ensure standard costing and inventory controls.
• Partner with operations leadership for cost optimization.
