MilliporeSigma in St. Louis, MO is seeking an experienced Manager, Controlling to lead the controlling organization for our five-site manufacturing cluster.

You will drive profitability, cost transparency, and operational excellence, building and guiding a high-performing Plant Controllers team across Broadway, Cherokee, Ewing, DeKalb, and Spruce. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field; advanced degree and/or professional certification preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in finance/controlling, with significant manufacturing exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Plant Controllers across five sites, setting goals and performance expectations.
• Own consolidated cluster P&L, balance sheet, and key cash/cost KPIs, with monthly/quarterly reviews.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and governance processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategy.
• Standardize controlling processes and ensure strong internal controls across all sites.
