IAT Insurance Group is seeking a Claims Counsel in the Management Liability Claims Unit. This hybrid role handles EPL, D&O, fiduciary, and crime claims for private and non-profit clients on a national basis.

The ideal candidate has 3–7 years of management liability claims experience, is licensed to practice law, and can work a hybrid schedule (office Mon-Wed, remote Thu-Fri) with potential fully remote arrangements.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate is required.
• Licensed to practice law in the jurisdiction of work.
• 3-7 years of management liability claims experience, including EPL, D&O, fiduciary, and crime coverages.

Responsibilities

• Handle Management Liability Claims (EPL, D&O, Fiduciary, Crime) for private/non-profit clients.
• Analyze, negotiate, and resolve claims within authority limits.
• Direct defense counsel and manage budgets; develop litigation strategy.
