Job summary

TQI Solutions, Inc. seeks a Management Analyst II to join our MSC team. The role is primarily located in Norfolk, VA with a hybrid schedule at our corporate office in Chesapeake, VA.

You will apply management analysis processes and project management principles to support multiple projects. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree and three years of relevant experience; MSC/US Navy experience is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Three years of relevant experience; MSC/US Navy experience preferred.
• Proficiency with IT program management principles (PMI structure preferred).
• Experience with MS Office Suite and MS Excel.
• DOD/DON experience.

Responsibilities

• Applies appropriate management analysis processes, project management principles, and technical techniques to facilitate the planning, execution, monitoring and control of multiple projects.
• Provides management support to all aspects of a project including scope, cost, schedule, internal staffing and outside vendors, and contractual deliverables.
• Facilitates team coordination across multiple projects to ensure enterprise wide integration of management efforts.
