Job summary

UMB Bank is seeking a M365 Administrator to provide level-2 support for the M365 suite across the enterprise. You will work with users, resolve issues with M365 services, and collaborate with M365 Engineers on projects.

The role is hybrid (Mon-Thu on-site, Fri remote) at downtown Kansas City, MO or Dubuque, IA locations. Responsibilities include managing Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, OneNote, EntraID, and Microsoft Co-Pilot, creating user guides, and training end users as needed.

Qualifications

2+ years IT experience with cloud services basics and security concepts.
Experience supporting users via ticketing systems.
Working knowledge of MS applications.
Knowledge of basic security concepts.
Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
Experience with collaboration apps and user experience improvement.

Responsibilities

Provide Tier 2 ticket support for M365 applications.
Create user articles and best practices for applications.
Gather requirements to optimize use of M365 tools.
Manage Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, OneNote, EntraID, and Microsoft Co-Pilot.
Assist engineering with M365 project implementations.
Handle change controls and validation tasks.
Manage user accounts, groups, and licenses.
Provide M365 expertise and formal training if needed.
