Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions in Salt Lake City is seeking a M365 Administrator – Unified Communications to join our hybrid team. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field, or at least 5 years of related/M365 administration experience.
• Hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint Online.
• PowerShell scripting to automate administration, reporting, and tasks.
• Tenant-to-tenant migrations and MTO configurations in Microsoft 365.
• Familiarity with ShareGate and Quest migration tools.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint Online with mail flow, permissions, policies, and user troubleshooting.
• Monitor systems for alerts, review usage and activity reports, ensure stability and availability.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate Microsoft 365 administration, reporting, migrations, and tasks.
• Support tenant-to-tenant migrations across Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
• Create and maintain technical and end-user documentation for Microsoft 365 services and processes.
• Troubleshoot tickets and provide timely status updates to meet customer needs.
• Script, install, and configure patching and performance tuning for after-hours upgrades.
