Job summary

Crowe is seeking an M&A Post Merger Integration Manager in its Technology Advisory practice, Boston. You will lead complex integration efforts across the merger lifecycle, collaborating with private equity firms and strategic buyers to translate deal objectives into executable plans and drive cross-functional delivery.

Responsibilities include developing roadmaps, governance, and milestones, while ensuring synergy realization and post-close stabilization across ERP and IT domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5–7 years of professional industry or consulting experience.
• Experience with ERP implementations or other technology integrations in an M&A environment.
• Experience developing and executing cross-functional integration plans; private equity / strategic buyers experience preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or industrial services a plus.
• Strong project management, analyses, and problem-solving; PMP or similar certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-merger integration engagements across pre-close planning, Day 1 readiness, 100 days, synergy realization, and post-close stabilization.
• Direct Integration Management Office activities and cross-functional workstreams for complex, multi-functional transactions.
• Develop integration roadmaps, governance structures, workplans, milestones, dependencies, and decisions.
• Drive risk identification and mitigation, resolve barriers, and maintain accountability for priorities.
• Support operational analysis and due diligence to identify risks and value creation opportunities.
• Support technology integration planning across ERP, data, cybersecurity, vendors, and IT operating model.
• Prepare and present executive dashboards, status reports, synergy tracking, and steering committee materials.
• Manage engagement scope, timelines, budgets, and quality; coach consultants and coordinate teams.
• Support proposal development and tools/methodologies development.
