• Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Strong project management and time management skills.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Work on a variety of M&A transactions across industries.
• Attend meetings with clients, target company management, PE firms and bankers.
• Manage data flow and monitor the dataroom.
• Build analysis packages (e.g., Excel models) to analyze financial data.
• Develop insights with guidance from Managers and Directors.
• Drive deal processes and manage deadlines with stakeholders.
• Engage in mentorship and professional development activities.
• Participate in networking and team-building events.
