Job summary

H2O Care Partners in Boston, MA is seeking an M&A Finance Integration Analyst to lead acquisition finance workstreams and support financial systems integration. This role will collaborate with Accounting, Data, and local teams to onboard acquired businesses and boost monthly close and forecasting processes.

The position supports on-site hybrid work 1-2 days weekly with a base compensation outlined in the posted range, plus bonus and benefits. CPA involvement is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Strong project management and organizational skills to coordinate multiple acquisitions
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, GL, and reconciliations
• Excellent Excel and analytical skills with financial data and reporting experience
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, acquisitive environment and improving processes

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting integration workstreams for smaller acquisitions and manage post-close requirements
• Own initial chart‑of‑accounts mapping and data imports with cross-functional partners
• Participate in financial diligence and acquisition discussions with BD team
• Support initial monthly close and financial reporting for new acquisitions
• Collaborate with FP&A, Data, and local teams to ensure smooth transitions
• Develop and improve accounting integration playbooks and templates
