Osaic is seeking a Finance Manager, M&A to support the firm's acquisition strategy by evaluating, executing, and planning integration for RIAs, wealth management firms, and related opportunities. You will lead analyses across the full M&A lifecycle from initial opportunity assessment to closing.

The role suits an experienced M&A professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of complex transactions, combining deep financial and valuation expertise with advisor practice

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field is required.
• 5–8 years of progressive M&A/Corporate Finance/FP&A/Transaction Services or Consulting experience.
• Hands-on experience in mergers & acquisitions from diligence to integration.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to senior leaders and non-finance stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze acquisition opportunities across RIAs, independent advisor practices, wealth management firms, OSJs, and related transactions.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate transaction economics and returns.
• Support valuation modeling, deal structuring, and scenario analysis.
• Assess revenue quality, profitability, client retention, advisor productivity, and growth trends.
• Prepare financial recommendations and investment insights for senior leadership.
• Create executive materials including investment memos, models, and board presentations.
