Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP is seeking a Manager, Business Development (M&A) based in Washington, DC in a hybrid role. The BD Manager will support strategic plans for M&A and Corporate practices, driving cross-practice collaboration and delivering pitches, research, and client engagement activities.

The role requires seven years of BD/marketing experience in a law firm, strong CRM and MS Office skills, and the ability to lead projects and supervise others in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of seven years of business development and marketing experience in a law firm.
• Strong knowledge of CRM and marketing tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead marketing and BD initiatives for transactional practices and client targeting.
• Draft pitches, capability statements, placemats and BD presentations with partners and a BD Coordinator.
• Manage sales pipeline and cross-practice opportunities across regions.
