Job summary

DC Advisory, a global investment bank, is seeking an Associate in New York to support day-to-day M&A and capital-raising processes. You will build financial models, draft pitchbooks, and contribute to client presentations and marketing materials.

Expect 2–5 years of post-undergraduate M&A experience, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and excellent analytical, written and verbal communication. You will mentor Analysts and collaborate on transaction teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years post-undergraduate M&A investment banking experience.
• Strong quantitative, verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; financial modeling skills a plus.
• SIE and Series 79/63 required or to be completed within 30 days of start.

Responsibilities

• Create financial models and assist with deal processes.
• Draft pitch and marketing materials for client presentations.
• Participate in client presentations and team training.
• Mentor Analysts and ensure high-quality work on transactions.
