Job summary

A financial services firm is seeking an experienced Investment Banking Associate (M&A) in Philadelphia. This hybrid role entails financial modeling, valuation, and transaction execution for middle-market M&A transactions. The ideal candidate has over 4 years in investment banking or M&A advisory, and possesses strong analytical skills along with advanced Excel proficiency. You will prepare marketing materials and manage client interactions throughout the M&A lifecycle, contributing to crucial deal processes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of investment banking, M&A advisory, private equity, or transaction advisory experience.
• Strong understanding of mergers and acquisitions and valuation methodologies.
• Analytical and detail-oriented with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models and perform valuation analyses.
• Support live deal execution including due diligence coordination.
• Prepare marketing materials such as CIMs and pitch books.
• Conduct market and industry research to support transactions.
