• Detail-oriented, commercially minded, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions and other strategic advisory assignments
• Build, review, and refine financial models and valuation analyses (e.g., DCF, comparable companies, precedent transactions)
• Prepare client-ready materials, including pitch decks, investment memoranda, and management presentations
• Manage day-to-day transaction workstreams and coordinate with senior bankers, clients, and external advisors
• Mentor and review work of analysts, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timeliness
• Contribute to business development efforts and client relationship management
