Job summary

DC Advisory is an international investment bank seeking an Associate on the Infrastructure team in New York to support day-to-day M&A, capital raising, and financial advisory deal processes. You will build financial models, draft pitch materials, and participate in client presentations while mentoring Analysts.

You will identify training opportunities, monitor work quality, and contribute to transaction teams in a high-performance, fast-paced environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 3–5 years post undergraduate investment banking work experience
• SIE, Series 79, Series 63 (either must have or must take exams within 30 days of start date)
• Strong quantitative, verbal and written communication skills
• Outstanding academic record

Responsibilities

• Creating financial models and valuations for infrastructure transactions
• Drafting pitch and marketing materials for clients
• Participating in client presentations and training sessions
• Managing Analysts and supporting deal processes
