Job summary

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 4-6 years of corporate transactional experience in a law firm or in-house setting.
• Experience with asset/equity purchase agreements and due diligence recommended.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase agreements and related documents.
• Manage due diligence and mitigate transactional risks.
• Support complex M&A transactions across a national and international platform.
• Collaborate with cross-office teams and maintain direct client interaction.
