The role offers substantive responsibility on complex domestic and cross-border transactions, direct exposure to major clients, and collaboration with experienced deal lawyers across the United States, Europe, and the Middle East. You will draft and negotiate agreements, manage due diligence, and contribute to client relationships and practice initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• 4–6 years of corporate transactional experience.
• Strong experience handling complex M&A transactions.
• Exposure to private equity and private target M&A.
• Experience drafting equity and asset purchase agreements and related ancillary documents.
• Experience managing legal due diligence and transaction processes.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines independently.
• Colorado Bar admission in good standing.
• JD holder and law firm experience.
