Job summary

Buyers Edge Platform, a RealTime Solutions brand, seeks a Program Support Specialist to help manage national loyalty programs for foodservice operators. You’ll work at the intersection of operations, data management, and client services to ensure accurate promo execution and reporting.

You will support program managers, perform data validation, invoicing processing, and create dashboards in Excel and Tableau.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in project mgmt, marketing ops, or data analysis.
• Experience supporting loyalty programs or CRM platforms is preferred.
• Strong proficiency with data validation, reporting, and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Support Program Managers in day-to-day loyalty program execution.
• Validate data, manage invoicing processes, and assist reporting.
• Collaborate with operations, IT, accounting, analytics, and client services.
