The role partners with internal teams, freight forwarders, carriers, and Uber Freight to support domestic freight execution, import coordination, and service performance.

You will use data and insight to improve service levels, reduce costs, and strengthen overall logistics

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, or related field.
• Experience managing logistics operations and shipment execution.
• Extensive knowledge of international and domestic logistics.
• Experience leading logistics process improvements and system changes.
• Strong analytical abilities and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams to support reliable freight execution.
• Build relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, and 4PL partners to improve visibility.
• Develop and execute logistics strategies to improve service and cost.
• Manage inbound, outbound, and intercompany freight activities.
• Monitor KPIs such as freight cost, on-time delivery, and performance.
• Lead process improvements and standard operating procedures.
