Job summary

Echo Global Logistics, Inc. invites rising seniors to join our Echo Trailblazers internship in Dallas. You’ll gain hands-on experience on the sales team, learn logistics fundamentals, and work toward becoming a rock-star sales rep with mentor support.

You’ll spend 10 weeks on real projects, partner with a mentor, and explore outbound calling, discovery conversations, demos, and closing deals. The program offers a hybrid schedule and potential for full-time employment after completion.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled at a university as a rising senior with at least one semester remaining after internship.
• Able to work in our Dallas office 4 days and hybrid 1 day a week
• Must be able to start May 24, 2027 and complete the entire 10 week program.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and build a pipeline of new business opportunities through outbound phone calls
• Lead discovery conversations to understand customer needs and position Echo’s logistics solutions
• Deliver demos, navigate objections, negotiate pricing, and close new business
• Manage opportunities through the sales funnel and maintain strong pipeline discipline
• Set customers up for success through clear expectations and a smooth handoff after close
• Use Echo’s sales tools and technology along with AI tools to drive efficiency and results
