IT'SUGAR is seeking a Logistics Operations Coordinator to manage daily transportation and store deliveries, coordinating shipments across parcel, LTL, and direct-to-store networks while working with carriers, vendors, and internal teams.

This on-site role (Tue-Thu on-site, Mon/Fri remote) emphasizes proactive problem-solving, accountability, and cost-conscious logistics, with a fast-paced environment and a focus on continuous improvement of service levels.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating transportation and shipments for retail deliveries or vendor shipments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Hands-on experience working with carriers (FedEx/UPS) and parcel shipping.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily shipments across parcel, LTL, truckload and direct-to-store deliveries.
• Manage shipments from origin through final delivery and handle carrier communication and billing issues.
• Serve as primary point of contact for carriers and select vendors.
• Monitor shipment status, troubleshoot delays and communicate with internal teams.
• Support store operations, planning, merchandising, and customer service in logistics matters.
• Maintain carrier scorecards and assist with cost and performance reporting.
