Job summary

Choice Logistics in Wayne, PA seeks a Project Manager to drive initiative from development through implementation. This full-time, hybrid role collaborates with external clients and internal teams across client services, global trade, and operations.

You will design and monitor project plans, track milestones, and maintain status reports while coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders. A PMP is a plus; Bachelor’s degree required; Monday.com experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of customer facing experience.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Experience with CRM tools, preferably Monday.com.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement efficient project plans to manage ongoing projects effectively.
• Collaborate closely with internal Choice teams to foster cross-departmental coordination and cooperation.
• Monitor all internal and external milestones to ensure teams are meeting deadlines and the project remains on track.
• Maintain project status reports and provide updates to internal stakeholders.
• Engage cross-departmental subject matter experts at the appropriate stages of each project.
• Coordinate resource planning and requirements with departmental stakeholders
• Proactively identify recurring issues and work with subject matter experts within Choice to develop corrective actions.
• Align with external stakeholders on project expectations, communicate timelines and ensure Choice controls are met.
• Advocate for sustainable business processes, prioritizing long-term solutions over temporary workarounds.
• Perform ongoing analysis of productivity-related business processes between clients and the company.
