• Familiarity with shipping procedures, documentation, and international trade regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities, including shipping and receiving.
• Prepare and process shipping documents such as bills of lading and customs forms.
• Track shipments in real-time and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Liaise with carriers and freight forwarders to resolve issues.
• Maintain records of logistics transactions and inventory movements.
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies.
• Support process improvements to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
• Communicate with sales, warehouse, and external clients as needed.
