Job summary

Displays2Go is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support domestic LTL, volume, and specialty freight shipments in Fall River, MA. This hands-on role coordinates shipments, communicates with carriers, resolves issues, and tracks transportation records to keep freight moving smoothly.

You’ll work full-time in a hybrid schedule, with in-office Tuesdays and Thursdays and remote Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, shipping, freight coordination, customer service, or related office environment.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and lookup functions (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Word.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritize work, manage multiple tasks, and work independently.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic LTL, volume, and specialty freight shipments.
• Manage freight claims from start to resolution.
• Coordinate customer returns and reverse logistics, including carrier pickups.
• Review freight invoices for accuracy and obtain freight quotes as needed.
• Communicate with carriers and internal teams to resolve shipment and delivery issues.
• Track shipments and maintain accurate transportation records.
• Assist with day-to-day transportation activities and help ensure freight moves efficiently.
• Recommend improvements to transportation processes when appropriate.

What You'll Do

• Problem solver between our customer and our carriers.

• Working with our freight invoice audit company to review all modes of freight invoices and research discrepancies
• Maintain transportation records and documentation

• Help identify opportunities to improve service and operational efficiency
• Take ownership of issues and see them through resolution

What We're Looking For Required Qualifications

• +5years of experience in logistics, parcel and freight transportation, shipping, and supply chain,
• Experience with shipping and logistics for parcel and freight transportation
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
• High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications

• Experienced working with carriers, vendors, transportation providers, or freight companies.
• Experience using ERP, WMS, TMS, or similar systems
• Experience with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, or XLOOKUP
• Associate degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
