Job summary

Life Fitness / Hammer Strength is seeking an Operations and Logistics Specialist to support our Logistics and International Planning teams. The role blends data analysis and logistics operations (approximately 50% analytical and 50% administrative/logistics responsibilities).

The position uses Excel, Oracle ERP and OBI to generate reports and insights that support management of logistics operations and international planning. This hybrid position is based at our Global HQ in Rosemont, IL.

Qualifications

Associate Degree or 2+ years of experience in Logistics / Exports / Supply Chain.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Advanced level in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) required.
Experience with Oracle ERP and OBI is preferred.

Responsibilities

Record and communicate KPIs by logging incidents and reporting metrics.
Create and maintain digital ISO and process documentation for International Planning/Transportation.
Create/maintain reports using Excel, OBI and Oracle.
Serve as SME in all logistics processes and liaison with IT on projects.
Escalate operational issues promptly to management for resolution.
Represent the department in internal meetings and projects as needed.
Train and mentor team members.
Manage time-sensitive tasks (QA holds, item changes, date moves, scheduling).
Process of order/quote entry and transactions in the system.
Handle drop ships, RMAs and MITs as needed.
Attend item meetings to become an item expert for the team.
Maintain and improve the Latin America Order Form.
