Job summary

Life Fitness in Rosemont, IL is seeking an Operations & Logistics Specialist who blends data analysis with logistics operations to support the International Planning and Logistics teams.

Responsibilities include generating reports, tracking KPIs, and acting as SME for logistics processes, while collaborating with IT on projects. This role offers hybrid in-office and remote work with approved flexibility.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2+ years of logistics/supply-chain experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Highly organized with customer-service and decision-making skills.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Record and communicate KPIs by logging incidents and reporting metrics.
• Create and maintain digital ISO and process documentation.
• Create and maintain reports and data using Excel, OBI, and Oracle.
• Serve as SME for all logistics processes.
• Act as liaison between the business and IT on projects.
• Escalate operational issues to management promptly.
• Represent the department in meetings and projects.
• Train and mentor team members.
• Manage time-sensitive tasks (QA holds, date moves, scheduling).
• Handle order/quote entry and transactions.
• Process drop ships, RMAs, MITs as required.
• Attend item meetings to become item expert.
• Maintain and improve the Latin-America Order Form.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
