Job summary

Align Credit Union in Lowell, MA seeks a Loan Servicing Representative I to perform foundational loan servicing tasks, fund approved loans, and support consumer, mortgage and home equity products in line with policies and investor requirements.

You will assist members with Online Banking and digital services, answer routine questions, and provide backup support to the Contact Center while building knowledge of loan servicing processes for growth within the department.

• Assist with online banking and digital services.
• Develop knowledge of loan servicing processes and systems.

Responsibilities

• Loan Funding: fund approved consumer, mortgage, home equity loans with complete documentation.
• Loan Servicing & Maintenance: process payments and maintain accounts.
• Online & Digital Banking Support: assist members with online services and issue resolution.
• Departmental & Cross-Training: collaborate with teams to ensure coverage.
