CSC in Wilmington, DE seeks a Loan Operations Specialist to join a junior team delivering operational services on complex capital markets transactions. Hybrid schedule: three days onsite, five days a week, with standard US Eastern time hours.

The role reports to the Head of Loan Operations and focuses on loan administration, invoicing, payments, and data governance across multiple platforms. Strong communication and attention to detail are essential to support clients and stakeholders.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or 1-2+ years of Banking/Financial Services experience.
• Knowledge of Loan Facility Agreements; understanding Bilateral, Syndicated, and Project Finance loans.
• Experience with loan platforms: WSO, LoanIQ, DebtDomain, iLEVEL, ClearPar.

Responsabilidades

• Invoicing Borrowers
• Processing Loan Rollovers
• Supporting Letter of Credit Activity
• Facilitating & Managing Loan Payments
• Facilitating Unscheduled Repayments/Borrowings
• Generating Reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly)
• Ensuring data governance standards across deals and stakeholders
• Maintaining all loan system data (identifiers, calendars, settlement instructions)
• Addressing stakeholder queries via email or phone
• Reading/Reviewing Credit/Facility Agreements for operational continuity
• Assisting Transaction Managers with deal closings and reviews
• Documenting Operational Procedures.
