Job summary

CSC is seeking a Senior Loan Agency Operations Specialist in Wilmington, DE, with a strong background in loan operations and financial services. The role collaborates with investment banks, funds, law firms, and auditors to manage day-to-day administration of complex capital markets transactions.

The candidate will lead a team, oversee transaction processing, invoicing, reporting, and deal closing, while maintaining procedures and regulatory compliance in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required with 5+ years of Banking and/or Financial Services Experience (Loan Operations).
• Experience leading and managing teams in financial services.
• Oversee day-to-day operations while driving strategic initiatives.
• Knowledge of loan facility agreements and bilateral/syndicated loans; project finance is a plus.
• Experience with payment systems for confirming/settling products.
• Familiarity with loan platforms like WSO, Loan IQ, DebtDomain, iLEVEL, ClearPar.
• Understanding of loan operations lifecycle; identify and resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Review and quality check transaction processing, invoicing, LC activity, payment processing, and reporting.
• Handle inbound/outbound stakeholder communication via email and phone.
• Conduct internal/external meetings and communicate status updates.
• Manage deal closing execution and funding.
• Provide team training on industry best practices and company policies.
• Maintain and update operational procedures for compliance and consistency.
