Job summary

CSC, based in Wilmington, Delaware, seeks a junior Loan Operations professional to support a growing portfolio. The role collaborates with investment banks, PE/credit funds, law firms, and audit teams to manage day-to-day loan administration and ensure operational accuracy.

You will handle invoicing, loan rollovers, LC activity, and payment processing, while maintaining data accuracy and compliance across systems. A hybrid schedule applies in Delaware.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or 1-2+ years of Banking and/or Relevant Financial Services Experience (Loan Operations).
• Knowledge of Loan Facility Agreements and understanding of Bilateral, Syndicated Loans, and Project Finance Loans. Experience with bonds or structured finance is a plus.
• Knowledge of financial markets and products; experience with payments systems for confirming and settling these products.
• Experience using loan/banking platforms such as WSO, Loan IQ, DebtDomain, iLEVEL, ClearPar or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Invoicing Borrowers.
• Processing Loan Rollovers.
• Supporting Letter of Credit Activity.
• Facilitating & Managing Loan Payments.
• Generating Reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly).
• Ensuring compliance with data governance standards across deals and databases.
• Maintaining all aspects within the Loan System for assigned deals (identifiers, calendars, data, registers).
• Addressing stakeholder queries via email or phone promptly.
• Reading/Reviewing Credit/Facility Agreements for operation continuity.
• Assisting Transaction Managers with Deal Closings and preliminary reviews.
• Documenting Operational Procedures.
