The role requires coordinating with investment banks, funds, law firms, and auditors, ensuring accuracy and compliance across the loan lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in banking/financial services, leadership experience, and deep knowledge of loan facilities, payment systems, and related platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required with 5+ years of Banking and/or Relevant Financial Services Experience (Loan Operations).
• Proven experience leading and managing teams within financial services.
• Oversee day-to-day operations while driving strategic initiatives.
• In-depth knowledge of loan facility agreements and roles in bilateral, syndicated loans and project finance.
• Experience with payment systems for confirming and settling products.
• Familiarity with loan platforms such as WSO, Loan IQ, DebtDomain, iLEVEL, ClearPar.
• Understanding of loan operations lifecycle and regulatory/compliance standards.
• Strong attention to detail in reviewing financial documents, deals, and payouts.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Review / Quality Check of activities: transaction processing, invoicing, LC activity, payment processing.
• Reporting: daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, ad-hoc.
• Data governance and database accuracy.
• Stakeholder communication via email and phone.
• Meetings with stakeholders to communicate status updates.
• Manage deal closing execution and funding.
• Team training on industry best practices and company policies.
• Maintain and update operational procedures for consistency and compliance.
