Citizens Bank is seeking a senior professional to oversee a portfolio of moderately to highly complex lead agent syndicated loans. You will negotiate terms, coordinate with investors and counsel, and enforce risk controls while ensuring data governance and policy compliance.

You will bring 5+ years in syndicated transactions, LoanIQ know-how, and a proven track record in the full loan process, with strong analytical and communication skills, in-office four days a week.

Qualificações

• 5+ years experience in closing and/or administration of lead agent syndicated transactions.
• Subject matter expert for understanding and managing the closing and administrative needs associated with complex syndicated transactions and trading assets.
• Proven success in all facets of the syndicated loan process, including operational systems, financial, regulatory, accounting and customer service.
• Details are oriented to maintain high degree of accuracy in execution and data quality.
• Comprehensive analytical ability to facilitate complex problem resolution.
• Well developed written and verbal communication skills.
• Adept at PC and mainframe applications.
• End-to-end onboard booking experience requires, within the LoanIQ system preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Close and manage a portfolio of moderately to high complex lead agent and member syndicated transactions.
• Negotiate loan agreements; communicate with investors, business partners and counsel; enforce risk controls.
• Maintain data governance and comply with appropriate policies, procedures, laws and regulations.
• Effectively manage, as Administrative Agent, the investors with market standard processes.
• Book, fund and manage distribution of assigned transactions within loan systems.
• Ensure the highest-level data quality for the portfolio.
• Interact with all Business Lines to provide seamless execution of closings.
• Resource to junior staff; may proxy for Team Leader in absence.
