Job summary
RainFocus is seeking an Event Delivery Consultant to drive the planning, delivery, and execution of live, virtual, and hybrid events for Fortune 500 clients. The role requires deep product knowledge, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and hands-on onsite support to ensure client success.
You will mentor peers, refine internal tools, and continuously improve event delivery. This hybrid role is based near Lindon, Utah, with 10–15% travel and opportunities to work remotely from home as
Qualifications
- Proven experience in project management and process improvement.
- 3+ years in software/hardware implementation.
- Willingness to travel 10–15% globally with a valid passport.
- Experience creating processes for live event execution.
- Experience developing training materials and onboarding new team members.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand event goals and success metrics.
- Own the Event Support Plan and QA checklists for onsite delivery.
- Conduct pre-event hardware/software testing to prevent issues.
- Attend events onsite to ensure flawless delivery and client support.
- Identify and mitigate risks impacting client success.
- Coordinate live event preparation with Hardware/IT & Logistics teams.
